Very pleased with your staff. They helped to make me feel comfortable and explained everything about the procedure. The wait time was minimal which was great because of my nervousness. I have sent messages on Friday and on Monday where the prescription was not sent where it was supposed to be nobody answers the phone. It goes to voicemail then to messages then nobody calls you back very very dissatisfied and I will let the V.A know that.

I have never had a provider advocate for their patient as much as Ms. Williams has done.
She makes sure your pain is understood, treated, and YOU are cared for. She listens to your concerns and she lets you know what treatments are available and best suited for your situation. Professional, friendly, and thorough. She is an absolute asset to my medical team.

I've been seeing Mrs Smith for a few years now. She is a very professional and has gotten me to a point where I can live with the constant pain. Almost to where I don't pay attention to it when I work on projects. Mrs Smith is definitely an asset to her company.

I could not be more pleased with the care and treatment options that Karma williams and Dr. johnson have used to help me with my lower back disc pain.Karma actually listens to my description of my symptons and has taken a proactive approach to helping me with several type treatments to lesson my lower back disc pain and work toward depending less on pain medications,The entire staff from the front desk back have been kind and easy caring.

I can honestly say Dr. Johnston and everyone including Karma williams and their staff have been a real blessing for me in working on a solution for lower back pain from degenrative disc issues.They have an aresenal of treatment options to resolve problems and lesson or illimnate the need for pain medications.I have been happy and had my quality of life improved by their treatment procedures and continue to gladly be under their care.

I have a high regard for Dr Hawkrider he and I disagreed over medication amounts and dosage, and he was actually in the right. He does my ablation on left and right side of my spine and it works amazingly well. I don’t need the opioids now.
