Ms Williams is kind, understanding, listens to my concerns and issues. She always has an explanation on things that i am not sure of and eases all my concerns. I always highly recommend your office due to her and Dr. Johnston who does my back shots.

Ms. Kellum and the assistants were great. Very thorough, kind and empathetic. They each went over my extensive history with my prior pain Mngt in CA and continued my treatment without even a hiccup. Thank you for making our move back to NC a little bit easier.

2 years ago I had a spinal fusion surgery on my neck and Dr. Dalrymple damage my spinal cord. The pain from this damage spinal cord was so bad I was unable to move both arms and hands. It felt like liquid fire coming out every pore in my arms and hand. The surgery required 8 months of physical therapy and now for 2 years pain management with Mrs. Karle. When I first started coming my pain was 9-10, both arms felt like liquid fire and both hands numbness and extreme throbbing. Mrs. Karle believed and understood the pain I was in. Anyone who has ever had nerve pain understands. She has been very patient with me, but most of alle e she listens. She has reduced my nerve pain from a 9-10 paralyzed to 2-3-4 level with full use of both arms and hands. I went from praying every week to die to enjoying a life with my family again. If anyone has any type of pain you need to get an immediate referral to JPM Jacksonville and request Mrs. Karle. I am eternally.
